Let’s Read! is a reading program offered to students entering grades 1-4.
Students will work on grade-level reading skills like reading fluency, comprehension, spelling, and writing through a researched-based phonological awareness program. Each student will receive an individualized plan for the camp which is possible because each session only has 3-4 students. There will be a screening for every student that will help us identify and isolate the skills we need to focus on. This is a great way to catch up on skills and instruction missed because of school closures in the spring or to make sure your child is ready for school this fall!
Dates and Times: July 27th-August 7th.
Session 1: 8:30am-10am
Session 2: 10:30am-12pm
Session 3: 1:00pm-2:30pm
Fees: $450 plus a $30 screening fee
Location: At the home of Emily Williams.
COVID 19 Note: Every child and family’s safety and health is an ultimate priority. Therefore, all surfaces (tables, chairs, doorknobs, etc.) will be cleaned between each session. The groups will be very small and group lessons will occur in different areas. Children will have their own supplies. Additionally, we will not be able to serve snacks as a precaution, but children are allowed to bring their own.
