When you hire The Gallagher Firm to protest your property tax, I will personally prepare a proprietary evidentiary packet containing my custom analysis and argument to present before the Appraisal Review Board at Tarrant Appraisal District. I know what information is most important to the ARB and TAD when it comes to value reduction and fight to ensure that you are only paying taxes on what your home is truly worth.

The charge for this service is a one-time flat-fee. If I am unable to provide a reduction of at least 2.4% of the Appraised Value of the subject property (being the value that actually affects your tax liability), I will represent you the following year for free.* It’s as simple as that.
