A New Music Series at the Omni
The sky is truly the limit when it comes to the type of entertainment that can be offered at the Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater. The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History is pleased to launch a new event series, Live From The Omni, which pairs live music and immersive visuals inside the Omni Theater. The debut event will take place on April 24, 2025, featuring a live performance by the multi-instrumentalist, award-winning songwriter, and Fort Worth native, Jacob Furr. Furr’s unique sound and powerful storytelling will fill the dome as guests enjoy a stunning display of cosmic imagery.
Live From The Omni will offer both guests and featured artists one-of-a-kind musical experiences in an atmosphere that can’t be replicated anywhere else in Fort Worth. This event series brings music, science, and technology together for an unforgettable night.
“We’re looking forward to our first Live From The Omni concert,” said Nikki Diller, Vice President of Collections, Interpretation, and Programs at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. “This event series is the perfect way to engage a different area of our community with the theater’s new technology, by partnering with local musicians and using the capabilities of the Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater to create immersive environments.”
Jacob Furr is the first of many exciting performers planned for this series. Live From The Omni will feature a diverse lineup of artists and immersive themes.
Live From The Omni featuring Jacob Furr is on April 24, 2025 from 6:30PM – 8:15PM.
