Award-Winning Health Spa Opens on South Main

City Cave is bringing its mission of holistic health to Fort Worth with the opening of its first local spa at 465 S Main St, Suite 100. The health and wellness spa offers patrons a head-to-toe rejuvenation experience with its unique float therapy experience, Infrared sauna, and relaxing massage therapy.

To celebrate the opening of the Fort Worth Location, City Cave is hosting a Grand Opening Party on April 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The party will include guided tours of the facility with the City Cave staff, special promotions, small bites, and mocktails.

Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy, or R.E.S.T., is a central tenet of City Cave’s practices. Its magnesium sulphate-rich float pools address inflammation, chronic pain, immune health, blood pressure regulation, and overall relaxation.

The Near Southside location has nine treatment rooms, three of which are ADA-friendly for each service area. Before and after treatments, patrons can enjoy the relaxation room, which offers an assortment of herbal teas and medicinal mushroom extracts from Dryad Grove Mushroom Farm.

During the soft opening period, patrons from sports backgrounds to those seeking medical relief have embraced the spa’s innovative healing experiences, transforming their wellness journeys. The City Cave team is proud to share its model of health and wellness with Fort Worth. The location is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday through Tuesday and Thursday through Friday, 12 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday through Sunday.  City Cave offers individual and package float, massage, and sauna treatments.
