Enjoy Second Thursdays at the Carter
Three new installments of Second Thursda

Second Thursdays is a FREE monthly event at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art (the Carter) where visitors can connect with art through cocktails, conversations, and creativity in the heart of Fort Worth’s Cultural District. Just like the art on the Carter’s walls, these events are always changing, so each visit offers something new. This season, enjoy exclusive artist talks, live music, specialty cocktails, art making, and more.

The next three events in the series will bring highlights from the Museum’s collection into focus. April’s Landscapes & Legends will highlight the Carter’s outstanding landscape collection. May’s Toasts & Tunes, a perennial favorite each year, will be bigger than ever with fun inside and outside the Museum, while June’s Cameras & Community celebrates Black Photojournalism and the capability of photography to build community memory.
