Lights! Camera! YOUR Story!
The Shorts That Get Made: Short Film Screenwriting Lab is a hands-on, three-weekend workshop for high school students who want to write short films that are actually producible, with the opportunity to submit scripts for consideration at the Lone Star Film Festival Summer Film Camps.

Over three Saturdays, participants move from idea to polished, production-ready short film scripts through guided instruction, pitching, peer feedback, and table reads. This is a true workshop environment designed to help young writers understand not just how to write a script, but how scripts move from page to production.
