Over 25 years in Catering and Gourmet-to-Go Feastivities Catering was founded by Julie Weber and Tish Baird in November of 1988. A year later, at the urging of loyal customers, they doubled the size of their operation and expanded into the Gourmet-To-Go business. Meyer & Sage is a chef-driven weekly culinary delivery experience servicing Fort Worth and surrounding areas with delicious local and organic menu items. Founded by Personal Chef Callie Salls, owner of Linguine and Dirty Martinis, Meyer & Sage is a chef-driven weekly culinary delivery service available to Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Salls saw the need for a culinary delivery service for busy clients which offered a fresh twist to meal-delivery services while also upholding the highest quality ingredients and culinary practices. Meyer & Sage’s commercial kitchen is a state-of-the art kitchen located in west Fort Worth. Meyer and Sage’s service options will include four meal packages available to choose from with a menu of over 60 family-style entrees and sides rotating seasonally. All meals will be prepared using organic chicken and beef, wild-caught seafood, gulf-caught shrimp, and will also offer and support local providers. Organic/non GMO produce and pantry options will be used as often as possible. All seasonal menu items will denote if dishes can be made paleo, gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan. A diverse Chef’s Tasting menu selected by Chefs Salls will be offered at a discounted rate each week. All meals will be packaged in high-quality and safe glass containers with snap lids and will be delivered chilled in insulated bags labeled with heating instructions for the oven and/or stovetop.
