Thanksgiving Is Going to the Dogs!
Do you want to have a tail-waggin’ good time on Thanksgiving? We’ve got just the thing!
The Fort Worth Animal Shelter needs volunteers to help serve a three-course meal to the animals in 2023’s Thanksgiving Day Feast at the Shelter. This is a perfect opportunity for the whole family to give back to the community! Here are all the deets:
When: Thursday, November 23, from 9:30 am to 2 pm
Where: Two locations!
Who:
- Anyone ages 6 and up! Volunteers will help with food prep and service, as well as walking the dogs. Kiddos ages 6 to 15 may attend with parents to help with food prep.
- If you’re a new volunteer and would like to attend the Petsgiving event, email Tanea Jacksonto expedite your volunteer onboarding status in time for this event.
