River & Blues Fest to Hit Fort Worth This Weekend
From longtime favorites like Charley Crockett and Bart Crow to hometown heroes like Grady Spencer and Casey James, Fort Worth’s newest music experience, River and Blues Festival is bringing the gritty sounds and rural roots of country and blues back to Fort Worth.
Kicking off at Panther Island Pavilion on November 13 & 14, River & Blues Festival will bring the ultimate music experience to Fort Worth. With a wide array of country and blues acts, food experiences and more, guests are sure to step out of the 2020 blues for a fun, and safe weekend.
Being the only music festival to hit Fort Worth in 2020, River & Blues is keeping safety front of mind. Festival organizers have implemented a socially-distanced experience, with viewing pods, face mask requirements, cashless transactions and more. In addition to extended safety precautions, capacity to the Panther Island Pavilion has been limited to 40%.
Concert goers can enjoy the festival through multiple levels. General Admission (GA) ticket holders will get to experience a fantastic lineup of food vendors, including Melt Ice Cream, Big Kat Burgers, Cousins Maine Lobster and more. VIP and Platinum experiences have been designed to fully immerse concertgoers. VIP offers guests a unique viewing experience at stage-front, a complimentary evolving menu of tapas and small bites, private restrooms and more. Platinum tickets will have reserved stage-front seating, concierge service, complimentary craft beer and wine, a chef experience with Heim BBQ and Magdalena’s, and more.
Bringing safe, live music to Fort Worth isn’t the only thing River & Blues is doing. They are also giving back to their friends at Ronald McDonald House Fort Worth (RMHFW). Ronald McDonald House is near and dear to the River & Blues Festival team. Festival co-founder Omar Ortiz and his family were able to call RMHFW their “home-away-from-home” during his grandson’s medical stay. To help say thank you to RMHFW, a portion of the concert’s proceeds, as well as a $1 from every ticket sold will go straight back to this beloved non-profit group.
