Whether it is a full arch immediate restoration (All-On-4®, Teeth in a Day®) or an individual dental implant to replace a single tooth, FWOS is highly experienced and capable of achieving the best results. We do thousands of implants each year, and this cumulative experience and continuing education keeps our techniques sharp and cutting edge. We’re proficient at growing bone structures, even in patients with limited bone, using state-of-the-art grafting procedures. We also perform individual or multiple surgical extractions, of all ages, young and old. And impacted teeth (i.e., canines) that need to be brought into the arch with orthodontics is a mainstay and common treatment, and we work with all the orthodontic offices in the area. Oral Pathology is commonly seen in our practice, and we work with the finest pathology team for quick turnaround and correct interpretation of abnormal tissue. If a higher level of care is required, we have great relationships to make the appropriate and timely referral. It is unfortunate when facial or dental trauma occurs, but we’re standing by to help in a time of need, and usually time is of the essence. A pioneer from its inception, the James L. West Center remains true to its original mission to reach far beyond simple housing for persons living with all types of dementia disorders. We dedicate our services to helping families live well all along the way. We offer individualized residential memory care, dementia-specialized short-term rehabilitation, a senior day program, family caregiver support services and an extensive caregiver and dementia education program. For families and persons with dementia living in the community, our Senior Day Program is the perfect place to receive social engagement, mental stimulation and dementia specific activities and exercise. The program is customized for early to mid-stage participants. Program hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Day Program allows caregivers to continue to work or participate in their favorite activities!
