The Early Education Center is First Presbyterian Church’s answer to providing quality early education to the Fort Worth community. Our state-licensed child care program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). We offer a full-time preschool program for children 6-weeks-old through Pre-K. Our excellent staff is degreed professional educators passionate about teaching and caring for your children, striving to provide enrichment and educational preparedness for their futures.
The mission of the Early Education Center’s preschool is to offer a developmentally appropriate educational experience for early childhood aged children in a weekday church school setting. Learning activities will be provided in a nurturing Christian atmosphere that encourages the physical, mental, social, and emotional development of the whole child. Because children learn most effectively through a concrete, play-oriented approach, our children are offered a variety of activities to help them explore, discover, and experiment. Our program is process-oriented rather than product-oriented, and therefore, is an active, noisy environment.
