We offer individualized residential memory care, dementia-specialized short-term rehabilitation, a senior day program, family caregiver support services and an extensive caregiver and dementia education program. For families and persons with dementia living in the community, our Senior Day Program is the perfect place to receive social engagement, mental stimulation and dementia specific activities and exercise. The program is customized for early to mid-stage participants. Program hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Day Program allows caregivers to continue to work or participate in their favorite activities!
