Rooted Life Montessori is an AMS affiliate school that staffs teachers trained by AMS or AMI, in addition to their Texas Teaching Certificate. The distinguishing difference of a Montessori classroom is our individualized approach to each child’s education and our hands-on approach to learning. As each child enters our classroom, we strive to meet them where they currently are academically and guide them to further their education. This instruction is made possible by a unique classroom design of highly specialized materials within the child’s reach. Individual schooling within a group setting promotes the growth of confidence and independence as each child experiences success in school, without being compared to peers. The Montessori curriculum is over 100 years old and has passed the test of time. Our small campus is strategically located in a rural environment 15 minutes South of Ft. Worth to allow our children’s academic, emotional, social and spiritual development to unfold in a more quiet and peaceful space. Our Summer 2018 Enrichment Program is a camp that combines the 4 best camps in the Johnson County community all at one location. The art, music and athletic camps will enrich your child this summer all within the Montessori framework. Summer can be very challenging for families as they change routine each week. At Rooted Life Montessori we know children thrive on routine and structure, and we set out to create a camp atmosphere that your child will love. Your children will be relaxed and energized by the familiarity of the staff, the routine and the location as they enjoy four different camps over four weeks: Week One (July 9 to 13): Music Camp Week Two (July 16 to 20): Gymnastics Camp Week Three (July 23 to 27): Dance Camp Week Four (July 30 to August 3): Art Camp Each day runs from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.
