• Fishwife:This smoked canned seafood are to be a crowd-pleaser with its sweet yet delectable taste. The name originated from the 16th century and refers to the daughters/wives of fishermen who sold fish at the market. Try them all – The Fly By Jing Smoked Salmon Trio, Smoked Atlantic Salmon, Wild-Caught Smoked Albacore Tuna, and Smoked Rainbow Trout.
• Seed Phytonutrients: This is a family-run clean beauty brand on a mission to craft formulas that are more trusted than they are trendy, with minimal impact on the planet. Focusing on a formula first, and sustainability always, the brand features high-performance hair, skin, and body care with seed oils and extracts.
• Double Dutch Tonic:Raissa and Joyce de Hass created Double Dutch Tonic from family recipes in the Netherlands. Free from artificial ingredients and naturally low in sugar.
• Nufs Crackers: Sisters Kristine and Jess bring their superfood talents to crackers with Nufs Crackers! These thick, flat, crispy gluten-free crackers are exclusive to Central Market and are available in Everything Bagel, Hot Honey, and Sea Salt flavors.
• Bruma and Casa Jipi: Lourdes “Lulu” Martinez Ojeda learned her craft working at Chateau Brane Cantenac in Margaux for more than 10 years. It is her mission to make wines that reflect the nature of their terroir and grapes through biodynamic and sustainable farming. She is the winemaker partner at Bruma and serves as a wine consultant for Casa Jipi.
• Milk & Patience:Woman-owned and produced in Dallas by Stephanie Gilewicz since 2018. Milk & Patience started out at the Dallas Farmers Market and now the Greek yogurt and Aussie-style yogurt are produced in small batches with a unique strain of cultures and fresh whole milk.

In Our Online Kitchen with Jill Watanabe – March 16^th, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

About the chef: Watanabe is a half-Japanese Salt Lake City local who connected to her roots within her Japanese cuisine-based career. She will share her passion as co-founder, sake sommelier, and brewer apprentice of Tsuki Sake.

• Carman Ranch Grass Fed Beef: Founded by Cory Carman, a fourth-generation rancher focused on regenerative agriculture practices by raising grass-fed beef in a holistic way that benefits the land and the cattle without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Featured products include beef jerky, beef summer sausage and beef hot dogs.
• Nana Joe’s:Made in San Francisco, California, Nana Joe’s was founded by Michelle Pusateri with the goal of bringing natural, whole food granola back to grocery store shelves.
• Scout Seafood:Seafood had been a part of Chef Charlotte Langley’s entire life and after discovering a 100-year-old canning machine in her friend’s attic, Chef Charlotte was inspired to revive the tradition. With a network of small-scale and sustainable fisheries, local to Canada and the U.S., Scout Seafood delivers the finest craft canned seafood rooted in protecting ocean health.
• Kinship Milk Tea:Caitlyn Cash, founder of Kinship, fell in love with milk tea while working in Southeast Asia. Upon returning home to Austin, Texas, Caitlyn developed her own recipe and in 2019 launched Kinship Milk Teas.
• Coco Andre:A Mexican-American, woman-owned and operated chocolate shop in Oak Cliff, Texas. Founded by mother-daughter duo Andrea and Cindy Pedraza, Coco Andre is known for their creative Texas and Mexican Heritage-themed chocolates, including their Día de Muertos chocolate skulls and chocolate cowboy boots.
• Sticky Toffee Pudding Company:In 2004, Tracy Wilkinson Claros moved from Kendal, England to Austin, Texas. Starting with nothing more than a folding table at a local farmer’s market, she introduced artisan British puddings to Austin, Texas and eventually to the U.S. These restaurant-quality desserts are baked in small batches using the finest traditional ingredients.
• Farmstrong and Onward Wines:After purchasing her first grapes in 2009 from a Mendocino grower, Faith Armstrong launched her own brand. Seeking a name for her wine allowed her to pay homage to her unusual childhood by choosing the name of the little boat she went to school in every day. The name and the label represent the essential philosophy of Faith’s winemaking which is passion, care, connection and respect for the environment. Featured wines include Farmstrong Field Rosé and Onward Chardonnay.
