One of the things that makes Fort Worth so unique is that it is the cultural intersection of dusty boots and ball gowns; and we just love that! In a single day you might have brunch at the Modern and then go watch the rodeo. Or perhaps you’ll attend a livestock auction in the morning and the Jewel Charity Ball in the evening.

Fort Worth is home to a myriad of special events and event venues. One of our favorite places to host or attend a truly Fort Worth get together though is the Stockyards Stations event center. The Stockyards Station, if you haven’t been there, is beautifully renovated “old west” train depot that is now home to a collection of very uniquely Fort Worth shops. It is also the epicenter of the annual Red Stegall’s Cowboy Gathering (which you shouldn’t miss) and many other fun events.

There is perhaps no other place in town that has more authentic Fort Worth charm than the Stockyards Station event center. What was originally the home to small animal barns in the old stockyards is now a gorgeously stunning, more than 100-year-old, western chic event center with polished Thurber brick dance floors and elegant furnishings. Attending events there makes you feel like you have stepped back into the past while living in the future; a delightful sensation. There are four separate event spaces that can be utilized individually or in combination to host events ranging in size from a simple ten-person board meeting brunch to trade shows and craft fairs, to a 650  guest seated dinner wedding reception with all the trimmings.

Events are coordinated and organized by the very capable Hotel Drover events team, headed by Tiffany DiPasquale, District Director of Sales & Marketing. This team is accustomed to putting on some of the best events in town and has the ability and experience to make any event host’s dream come to life. The dedicated events team will help you establish a menu to be catered by Fort Worth Favorites Riskey’s BBQ or Reata, provide bar service and dedicated staff to ensure event perfection. If you have a party or wedding planner you are working with, Tiffany and her team will coordinate directly with them so you can focus on the big decisions and, most importantly, having fun when it’s time for your event. If you don’t have a coordinator or planner, don’t fret. A dedicated event coordinator will work with you to make the magic happen.
