3 Fort Worth fashion blogs you should be following
I admire women who have a gift for decorating their homes, themselves and aren’t afraid of taking chances but still manage to look flawless. I am most certainly not one of those women. There are a handful of women right here in Fort Worth that are rocking the world of fashion on their blogs, their Instagram accounts, and I would imagine in their daily lives. High five ladies, you have me hearteyes commenting all day. Samantha of Style of Sam not only updates her frequent fashion posts, but she also is a part-time pharmacist and mother. Girl after my own heart.
Sam is the creative director and voice behind the personal style blog, Style of Sam. She is a pharmacist who has a passion for fashion, and started blogging to find the happy life prescription during the longer than expected journey to start a family.
Sam expresses her creativity, inner fashionista, and love for all things fun and fabulous on this creative space. Her style preferences range from vintage and bohemian chic to haute couture. She is a self proclaimed style gypsy, foodie, and work in progress. Sam believes in faith, love, art, happiness, dance, laugh, glitter, and mascara. She loves animals and surrounds herself with positive people.
Her current mantra… “Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.” – Rikki Rogers.

Katey shares on her blog:
“I’m Katey, the author of Chronicles of Frivolity. Chronicles of Frivolity was founded in 2010 while my best friend, Kristin, and I were working in PR. We worked on different fashion, beauty and lifestyle accounts assisting in campaigns with bloggers. We spent our days writing about different products in the beauty and fashion industry, and we wanted to change our platform from press releases to a blog, so that we could directly help any girl who wasn’t sure about what shoes to wear! ? A few years later, she stayed in PR and COF became my full-time job.
I live in Fort Worth, Texas with my husband, Paul. We spend most of our time going to every Mexican Restaurant we can find [NEVER met a queso I didn’t like!] and loving on all the people Jesus put in our lives!”
(Hey Katey–Best Wishes to you!! Your wedding looked amazing!)
The first ever ever ever fashion blog I started following 4 years ago was Luella & June. Meredith (my JNA business partner) and I started following fashion blogs to pull us out of our mommy fashion doldrums and to get NYC market ready. It worked. We always got so much inspiration from ladies like Bradley Agather Means, Blair Edie, and Mary Seng. We often would feature their images on our site and collaborated on a jewelry collection with Mary of Happily Grey. Ah, the good old days of JNA.
I hope you find inspiration for the upcoming fall and winter holidays with these Fort Worth fashion bloggers. And if you need to freshen your wardrobe, don’t miss the TanglewoodMoms.com X Pax & Parker PopUp on October 21st from 1-5pm at 5216 Sendero Drive, Fort Worth 76126.
