Your health is our top priority, and we’re committed to delivering excellent care to every patient – even before you walk through our door. We understand that discovering you need oral surgery can be stressful, and our compassionate team, reasonable fees, and exceptional surgical expertise are here to turn that situation into a positive one. We excel at wisdom teeth removal, using empathy to ease anxiety and create a positive, efficient experience. Hundreds of cases are completed each month under IV Sedation by the exceptional teams of doctors and assistants who constantly train ensuring safe and successful outcomes. Whether it is a full arch immediate restoration (All-On-4®, Teeth in a Day®) or an individual dental implant to replace a single tooth, FWOS is highly experienced and capable of achieving the best results. We do thousands of implants each year, and this cumulative experience and continuing education keeps our techniques sharp and cutting edge. We’re proficient at growing bone structures, even in patients with limited bone, using state-of-the-art grafting procedures. We also perform individual or multiple surgical extractions, of all ages, young and old.  And impacted teeth (i.e., canines) that need to be brought into the arch with orthodontics is a mainstay and common treatment, and we work with all the orthodontic offices in the area. Oral Pathology is commonly seen in our practice, and we work with the finest pathology team for quick turnaround and correct interpretation of abnormal tissue. If a higher level of care is required, we have great relationships to make the appropriate and timely referral. It is unfortunate when facial or dental trauma occurs, but we’re standing by to help in a time of need, and usually time is of the essence. Avoid the ER and give us a call and we can efficiently assess how to move forward.  We have proudly served the Fort Worth community for 50 years, caring for generations of families. Our three surgeons—Dr. Greg Scheideman, Dr. William Runyon, and Dr. David Kostohryz— and all grew up in Fort Worth, and attended PHS, FWCD, and TVS respectively (only a little in-house rivalry) but all three attended TCU and bleed purple through and through! We proudly share our devotion and faith in Christ and attend Christ Chapel Bible Church. We’re deeply committed to serving the community we call home. We’re honored to care for every patient who walks through our door with the compassion, concern, and love you would expect from a friend and neighbor in Tanglewood!! A Fort Worth Original Since 1896! Harry Keeton, Sr., began selling mattress supplies in Fort Worth, Texas, back in 1896. Little did he know that this was the beginning of what was later to become the fastest growing chain of factory direct sleep stores. His two sons, Harry and Frank took over the business and expanded into Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, Arizona, and California; shipping furniture and mattress supplies all over the world. Four generations later, Peter Duncan, Jr., realized that there was a need for Factory Direct Marketing and began selling his products directly to the consumer at wholesale prices. This concept has spread like wildfire. Public acceptance has been overwhelming. This great demand has caused the Mattress Factory to become a leader in the industry. Our production exceeds 10000 pieces manufactured each year. Our buying power, along with the "no middleman" concept give maximum savings, which are passed along to the customer... you! When you purchase from the Original Mattress Factory you save 50% off the purchase price at a retail store. Mention Tanglewood Moms and receive 10% off! 800-211-7378 toll free 817-334-0361 (local Fort Worth)
