A goal he shared with his wife, Ashley, who he met while they worked at two different Tarrant County Sherwin-Williams locations; she recalls the Eureka moment, “We’d been talking about starting a business, looking at the market, and then one day Winter came home after seeing a yard application and he was obsessed.”
