Get Into The Spirit At Crockett Row
Last week, we wrote about the fun and beautiful Waterside. We hope you have checked it out or will check it out. When you’re finished over there, we know your next fun holiday stop: Crockett Row!
Located at the southeast corner of West Seventh Street and University Drive just west of Downtown, Crockett Row at West 7th is one of the most vibrant and energetic areas in town. Encompassing five walkable blocks of fashion and accessory boutiques, salons and spas, gourmet and fast-casual restaurants and bars, and one of the best movie theaters in town, it’s one of our favorite places to hang out.

This holiday season, Crockett Row is celebrating the Season of Giving! From Dec. 9 to 18, Crockett Row will help collect gifts for Santa’s Sack, the annual gift drive benefiting SafeHaven of Tarrant County. Donations allow moms and children staying at SafeHaven shelters to select special gifts for each other at the SafeHaven Christmas Store, at no cost to them. Donations of new unwrapped toys, puzzles, books, games, gift cards, and electronics can be dropped off Monday-Friday from 12-6 p.m. and Saturday from 12 to 3 pm at 2901 West 7th Street (the corner of West 7th Street and Currie).
Plus, Crockett Row’s Season of Giving includes giving back to YOU! This month, Crockett Row is randomly surprising shoppers and diners by paying for their purchases with $10,000 in shopper surprises.

In addition, Crockett Row is hosting one of our favorite annual holiday events. Family-friendly, free, and open to the public, it’s the annual Starlight Symphony Holiday Celebration. Every night from 6 to 9 pm during the month of December, Crockett Row is transformed into a sparkling wonderland with an hourly music and lights show, and on Friday and Saturday nights, they offer free horse-drawn carriage rides while local musicians and choirs perform your holiday favorites. Other fun activities on Saturdays include “Help Complete Santa’s List,” featuring in-store offers, games, and a DJ. In addition to all this fun, Santa Claus will make special appearances on Dec. 9 and Dec. 23.
This is such a great way to spend an afternoon and evening with your family and friends. At Crockett Row, you can catch a movie, grab a bite to eat, and really get into the holiday spirit unlike anywhere else in Fort Worth.
